The second mistake: using the wrong materials. Fifth mistake: leaving voids between the sound insulation and the surface. During installation, the sheets of noise and vibration insulation must be pressed tightly to the surface so that there is no gap and, moreover, no "bubbles". This not only reduces the efficiency of the materials but can also lead to corrosion, unpleasant odors and shorten the life of the vehicle.
