How do I track my order?
You should receive the tracking information once the order is dispatched, normally within 24-48 hours. If you still didn't get it or the tracking you received won't load please email us for assistance at firstname.lastname@example.org
What are your delivery options?
We can offer standard and next-day delivery options. Please select the shipping method at the checkout.
Please be aware there are possible delays (1-2 working days) and this is beyond our control. Please allow an extra day or two for your delivery and if still not received please contact us.
How do I return an item?

What is your returns policy?
The item has to be in its original state, not used or damaged. You have 14 days from the day of the purchase to return the time in order to obtain the refund.
The buyer is responsible for the return costs.
